The shortlist for one of Australia’s biggest built environment award programs has been unveiled.

The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) has released the shortlist for its Built Environment Awards Program.

Hosted by the AIQS, the program celebrates excellence, innovation and achievements across the built environment.

All up, 29 entrants have been listed across nine project categories.

These categories cover outstanding projects, regional projects, sustainability, innovation, DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion), cost and commercial management, emerging professionals, quantity surveying and quantity surveying advocacy.

Winners will be announced at a Gala event in Melbourne on May 28.

The Built Environment Awards are sponsored by RIB (platinum), Swinburne (gold), Wilde and Wollarad (gold), PCMG (Silver), CPB Contractors (Silver), Invictus Developments (silver) and Rider Levett Bucknall (silver).
