It’s completion also marks the completion of Lendlease’s Melbourne Quarter precinct – a landmark urban regeneration precinct more than 13 years in the making,

Spanning 2.5 hectares, the precinct is currently home to more than 1,800 residents and supports a daily workforce of more than 12,000.

With more than 50 per cent of the precinct dedicated to public open and green space, residents enjoy direct access to new parks and walking routes.

Adam Williams, Executive Director, Development at Lendlease, welcomed the opening.

“The completion of West Tower is a significant milestone, adding a welcome new supply of homes to Melbourne and meeting continued demand for well-located housing close to public transport, jobs and education,” he said.

Kiji Morishige, CEO of Daiwa House Australia, said that the opening represented a monumental occasion.
