Incorp announced former Geyer CEO and Executive Director of Global Business Growth Peter McCamley, has been appointed National Director of Incorp Strategic.

McCamley has over 30 years of expert experience in the property industry, representing major Multi National clients namely Westpac, Rabobank, Ernst & Young, Citi and Rio Tinto. Peter is responsible for significant landmark development advisory including Westpac Barangaroo (60,000sqm) and Westpac Place (75,000sqm).

The role will see McCamley as the custodian of Incorp’s clients’ business strategy, responsible for the development and provision of strategic services across the group’s independent Complete Solution Model.

McCamley said his decision to focus on strategy with Incorp stemmed from the different economic, commercial, cultural and social challenges organisations face in today’s dynamic and competitive market.

“Clients today increasingly want to understand and appreciate the long term business benefit of the capital investment that they are making in their environments,” Mr McCamley said.

“The driver behind strategy is to demonstrate to the client a deep and meaningful understanding of their business, an appreciation of what is informing and influencing their business – both internally and externally and how that knowledge determines and establishes the property solution.

“Strategy underpins all of the activity that we are doing with our clients across a diversity of industry sectors today – it’s the foundation for long term success,” he said.

Incorp’s Complete Solution model seamlessly integrates 9 services: Incorp Strategic, Incorp Tenant Advisory, Incorp Design, Incorp Architecture, Incorp Project Management, Incorp Engineering, Incorp CAD Bureau, Incorp Construction Management and Incorp Facilities Management.

“Incorp’s strategic offer is the core foundation of the organisations holistic approach. It brings insight to the table and communicates our client’s strategy across each facet of the Incorp team providing a uniting roadmap,” Mr McCamley added.

“I’m very excited about joining the national team; I quickly understood that the organisation had great agility and responsiveness to where the market and economy was going with their holistic property model.

“Underlying that was the culture of the business. Having been able to spend time with the people, or rather “Incorpians” and feel the energy, passion and belief inherent in the professional team, was the fundamental driver for me to come jump on board,” he said.

Incorp’s Managing Director and Founder, Perry Gray said Incorp Strategic with McCamley’s lead ensures the holistic model provides absolute certainty through one source of accountability and communication.

“McCamley brings a wealth of expert knowledge and mentoring capacity. He shares our values and is a huge asset to Incorp as we increase our service offering and expand the group beyond Workplace to Retail, Education, Aged Care and Health sectors,” Mr Gray said.

Incorp’s vision is to bring property and people solutions together to facilitate their client’s journey from good to great.

“Every decision we make is about our clients’ future, delivering outcomes to support continued business success, enriched cultures and tangible commercial outcomes.

“The cookie-cutter approach is never appropriate. Every organisation is culturally diverse and every opportunity is unique meaning each solution needs to be tailor made to their specific requirements,” he said.
