Former prime minister Malcolm Turnbull's $7.6 billion road and rail election sweeteners have been revealed in a leaked list.

Mr Turnbull signed off on infrastructure projects across the country, which had been budgeted for in May and were to be rolled out ahead of the federal election next year, the list given to News Corp Australia shows.

Victoria will score about $150 million in the Liberal seat of Corangamite while about $1.6 billion would flow to key Liberal-held seats in Queensland in a bid to keep MPs such as George Christensen, Warren Entsch and Peter Dutton in the job, the article states.

The leaked list notes $1.5 billion would reportedly go towards early planning and pre-construction of a high-speed rail network on Australia’s east coast while more than $3 billion would go to seats in western Sydney.

The announcement is expected to be made with the NSW government in a bid to secure votes ahead of the election, News Corp states.
