72-storey, 260m high residential-led tower providing 35,000sqm of occupiable space.

Close collaboration with the builder has helped optimise the tower floor and core wall design for maximum speed of construction, helping to achieve an unprecedented four day turnaround on the tower levels.

Programme-Saving Solutions have included::

Two-way finite-analysis floor plate design resulted in minimal traditional steel reinforcement and post-tensioning cables at maximum allowable centres

Consideration of small internal core walls on the overall building stiffness reduced the required reinforcement and wall thickness of the main external core walls

Reduction of load-bearing walls on the tower levels forced the slabs to work more efficiently and reduced the amount of precast panels required.
