Built’s Dominique Gill has won Project Manager of the Year at The National Association for Women in Construction (NAWIC) for her work on the Mi9 Office Revitalisation Project, a $6m multi-level fitout and refurbishment within the iconic Australia Square tower.

This high-profile award is an amazing achievement for Dominique who faced some tough competition in this category which was judged on a rigorous set of criteria including:

• demonstrated leadership of the project team
• strategic approach to planning
• management of key project elements and key stakeholders
• innovation and ingenuity
• maintaining professionalism under pressure

With a background as a registered architect, Dominique joined Built as a Project Coordinator in 2009, working her way up on a range of projects from lobby upgrades to office fitouts and complex heritage refurbishments.
