Plans for Australia’s tallest building have been announced as the Trump Organization announces its first ever Trump branded project in Australia.

The Trump Organization and Altus Property Group have launched the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Gold Coast – the first ever Tump branded project in the country.

Set to become Australia’s tallest building at 335 meters, the resort aims to offer magnificent views, world class amenities and a high standard of luxury living.

It will capitalise on the momentum that will be delivered as Queensland gears up to host the Brisbane 2032 Olympics.

Features will include:

  • A 285-room luxury hotel bearing the Trump logo, that will anchor the 91-storey development.
  • 272 luxury residential apartments
  • A three-level podium with an exclusive Beach Club
  • More than 3.400 sqm of premium commercial, retail and dining spaces.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization expressed excitement about the launch.
